Lord of Hundreds - This cheese is fully matured to a dry, nutty flavour with an almost parmesan-like hard texture.

Waterloo - A soft, Brie style of cheese, made from unpasteurised milk in Berkshire.
Oxford Isis - Cows milk cheese from Oxford
Cornish Blue - Subtle soft centered blue veined cheese made from pasteurised milk.
Isle of Mull - Strong flavoured Cheddar style.
